Only what you give us. There is no account to create in order to browse, and nothing on this site asks you to identify yourself before it will show you a price.

• What you type into a service request or tire order: your name, company, phone number, email address, the address the truck is at, and what you need doing.
• Which tires you added to an order, which is kept in your own browser until you send the order.
• Ordinary web server records kept by our host, including your IP address, the pages you asked for and the time you asked for them.

We do not ask for and have no use for payment card details, bank details, social security numbers, or driver or DOT numbers. Please do not put them in a form on this site.

Browsing this site sets no cookies at all. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for measuring you. There is no tracking script on any page, so there is nothing here to consent to and no banner asking you to.

One cookie exists, and only for staff: signing in to the private admin area sets a session cookie so the site knows the sign-in is still valid. It is strictly necessary for that area to work, it is set only on sign-in, and a visitor who never signs in never receives it.

Separately, and this is not a cookie: the tires you add to an order are held in your browser's own local storage so the shelf remembers them while you look around. They stay on your device and reach us only when you send the order. Clearing your browser data clears them.

Three companies, each doing one job for us. None of them are given your information to use for their own purposes, and none of it is sold, rented or traded to anybody.

• Supabase stores our database. Service requests and tire orders are held there.
• Vercel hosts and serves the site, and keeps the ordinary server records described above.
• Google Maps supplies the map showing where our shop is. It is an embedded frame from Google, so when it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. The map only loads if you scroll to it.

We answer you. A phone number is there so we can call you back about the truck, an address is there so we can find it, and a tire list is there so we know what to load. We also keep a record of past work so we can pick up where we left off next time.

We do not send marketing email, and we do not add you to a list for giving us your address in order to get a flat fixed.

Service requests and orders are kept as business records for as long as they are useful to us and to you, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you want yours removed sooner, call and ask.

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it, and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a job we actually did.
• Empty your tire order, or clear your browser data, and the saved selection is gone from your device.
• Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your personal information. Call us and we will honour them.

This is a commercial truck business. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we add anything that collects more than this page describes, we will change this page at the same time and move the date at the top. See also our terms of service.
