By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not, please just call us on (980) 800-7945 instead. Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to send anything through its forms that you do not have the right to send.

This is the important one. Nothing on this site charges you and nothing on it binds either of us to a job. Adding tires to an order, sending that order, or filling in a service request is you asking us for something. It is not a purchase.

We come back to you, normally the same working day, to confirm what is actually in stock, what it costs, and when we can do it. A job exists once we have both agreed it, and not before. Nothing is due until the work is finished.

We keep the shelf as accurate as we can, and it is edited by hand from real stock. Even so, prices change, tires sell, and a listing can be wrong. A price shown here is an indication, not an offer we are bound to, and we will tell you before doing anything if what you asked for has changed.

Where a tire shows no price, it is quoted on the phone because that is how it is bought.

Mobile service and roadside cover the greater Charlotte area: Charlotte , Mint Hill , Matthews , Pineville , Monroe , Fort Mill , Rock Hill , Indian Land , Lancaster. Outside that, call and ask. Shop work happens at our own bay in Pineville.

If a truck is down now, call. Do not use a form. Roadside assistance is answered on the phone twenty four hours a day. A web form waits for somebody to read it, and we make no promise about how fast that happens.

The sizes, quantities and addresses you give us are what we load the truck and drive on. If they are wrong we may not be able to do the job on the visit, and a wasted trip may be chargeable. What we do with the information itself is covered by our privacy policy.

The text, photographs, layout and the MCR name and logo on this site belong to us. Manufacturer names and tire brand marks belong to their owners and appear here to say what we sell. You may read, print and share these pages. You may not copy the site or pass its content off as your own.

Some pages embed or link to things we do not run, such as the Google map. We are not responsible for them or for what they do with your visit.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, or that every listing on it is free of error. This says nothing about the work we do for you: tires, batteries and labour carry whatever manufacturer and workmanship warranties apply, and we will tell you what those are.

To the extent the law allows, MCR Fleet Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, such as lost trips or lost revenue, and our liability for anything to do with the site itself is limited to what you paid us for the job it relates to. Nothing here limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and the courts of North Carolina are where any dispute about them is settled.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
